Estudio de mercado de los servicentro de combustible líquido como canales de distribución, Iquitos, 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue describir los canales de distribución en los servicentros de combustible líquidos en Iquitos, así como determinar la cantidad de grifos que existe en la ciudad comparado con la densidad poblacional, indicar donde se localizan la mayor cantidad de grifos por distrito y los servicios adicionales que brindan. Su metodología fue descriptiva, no experimental y transversal; la población y muestra de estudio fueron todos los servicentros de combustible líquido que operan en Iquitos, Punchana, San Juan Bautista y Belén. Concluyen que, en toda la zona urbana de Iquitos se encuentran localizados 95 servicentros de combustible líquido, de los cuales la mayor concentración de ellos está en el cercado de Iquitos con 36 grifos. Además, existen 23 grifos flotantes que operan en la margen de los ríos Itaya, Nanay y Amazonas. El promedio de grifos por habitantes es de 1 por cada 1,900 hab. en toda la zona urbana y en el distrito de Iquitos la densidad es de 1/1250 habitantes. Algunos de estos grifos también brindan a sus clientes el servicio de minimarket y autolavado.

The objective of the research was to indicate which are the distribution channels in the liquid fuel service centers in Iquitos, as well as to determine the number of taps that exist in the city compared to the population density, to indicate where the largest number of taps are located per district. and the additional services they provide. It was a descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional investigation, the study population and sample were all the liquid fuel service centers that operate in Iquitos, Punchana, San Juan Bautista and Belén. They conclude that, in the entire urban area of Iquitos, there are 95 liquid fuel service centers, of which the highest concentration of them is in the Iquitos area with 36 taps. In addition, there are 23 floating taps that operate on the banks of the Itaya, Nanay and Amazon rivers. The average number of faucets per inhabitant is 1 for every 1,900 inhab. in the entire urban area and in the district of Iquitos the density is 1/1250 inhabitants. Some of these faucets also provide their customers with mini-market and car wash services.
