Proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje y su relación con la gestión de recursos tecnológicos en instituciones educativas georeferenciadas en la ciudad Iquitos 2019

Abstract
El desarrollo de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación ha configurado la atmosfera educativa de tal manera que la educación virtual es una opción tan igual que la presencial. Las instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Iquitos no son ajenas al desarrollo tecnológico, por eso se planteó la interrogante ¿Existe relación entre el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje y la gestión de recursos educativos tecnológicos en instituciones educativas georreferenciadas en la ciudad de Iquitos 2019? El objetivo fue determinar si existe esa relación. El estudio fue descriptivo, correlacional, la población estuvo constituida por 100 instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Iquitos, la muestra estuvo conformada por el 100% de la población; se realizó la encuesta a través de un cuestionario in situ; se aplicó el estadístico Chi cuadrado de independencia con un nivel de significancia del 5%, se encontró que el elevado nivel eficiencia del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje no está asociado al buen nivel de gestión de recursos educativos tecnológicos. La conclusión relevante es que no existe relación entre el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje y la gestión de recursos educativos tecnológicos en instituciones educativas georreferenciadas en la ciudad de Iquitos 2019
The development of Information and Communication Technologies has configured the educational atmosphere in such a way that virtual education is an option just as much as face-to-face. The educational institutions of the city of Iquitos are not alien to technological development, which is why the question was raised: Is there a relationship between the teaching-learning process and the management of educational technological resources in georeferenced educational institutions in the city of Iquitos 2019? The objective was to determine if such a relationship exists. The study was descriptive, correlational, the population consisted of 100 educational institutions in the city of Iquitos, the sample consisted of 100% of the population; the survey was carried out through an on-site questionnaire; The Chi square statistic of independence was applied with a significance level of 5%, it was found that the high level of efficiency of the teaching-learning process is not associated with the good level of management of technological educational resources. The relevant conclusion is that there is no relationship between the teaching-learning process and the management of technological educational resources in georeferenced educational institutions in the city of Iquitos 2019.
