Satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa consorcio andes de la ciudad de Iquitos, año 2020

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de una empresa que brinda servicios tercerizados en el sector eléctrico. La metodología fue de tipo cuantitativo; diseño no experimental, tipo transversal descriptivo. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 32 colaboradores de la empresa, seleccionados por muestreo no probabilístico, a quienes se les aplicó la encuesta. Los resultados de la dimensión de satisfacción por supervisión de sus labores, se caracteriza porque el 47% manifiesta estar satisfecho, y el 15% se siente muy satisfecho y el 38% se siente poco o nada satisfecho. En la dimensión de satisfacción con el ambiente físico el 44% manifiesta estar satisfecho, y el 35% se siente muy satisfecho y solo el 21% se siente poco satisfecho. En la dimensión de satisfacción por prestaciones recibidas, el 38% manifiesta estar satisfecho, y el 31% se siente muy satisfecho y el 31% se siente poco o nada satisfecho. Al menos el 44% manifiesta estar muy satisfecho en su ámbito laboral, y el 23% se siente satisfecho y solo el 33% se siente poco o nada satisfecho.The research aimed to describe the job satisfaction of workers of a company that brings support to an electrical company. The methodology was quantitative; non-experimental, descriptive cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 32 company employees, selected by non-probability sampling, to whom the survey was applied. The results of the dimension of satisfaction by supervision of their work, is characterized by the fact that 47% say they are satisfied, and 15% feel very satisfied and 38% feel little or not at all satisfied. In the dimension of satisfaction with the physical environment, 44% say they are satisfied, and 35% feel very satisfied and only 21% feel not very satisfied. In the dimension of satisfaction for benefits received, 38% state they are satisfied, and 31% feel very satisfied and 31% feel little or not at all satisfied. At least 44% state that they are very satisfied in their work environment, and 23% feel satisfied and only 33% feel little or not at all satisfied.
