Abstract
El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la correlación entre la calidad de
la atención y el nivel de satisfacción de las madres de niños que acuden a
la clínica CRED, en dos IPRESS, Iquitos 2023. Para la evaluación se
empleó un diseño cuantitativo, no experimental y prospectivo. estudiar.
Fueron 274 madres que acudieron a la institución a observar a su hijo.
Utilizando la encuesta y un instrumento, se administraron dos cuestionarios
para evaluar la calidad de la atención y el nivel de satisfacción. El
coeficiente Alfa obtenido por Cronbach indicó una validez de 94,44% y
92,22% para los instrumentos. El grado de satisfacción en la atención
materna es moderadamente alto y medio, respectivamente. Esto
corresponde a una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las dos
variables, siendo el 5,5% insatisfecho, el 97,4% Alto y el 2,6% Medio. (Ha).
