Abstract
El presente estudio se desarrolló en grupo de Pymes del distrito de San Juan Bautista, Provincia de Maynas, Región Loreto, la mayoría pertenecen a la actividad económica de restaurantes y hotelería, los que se adaptaron al uso de la tecnología de información y comunicación, por estar inmersos al control de SUNAT. Por lo que nos planteamos como objetivo evaluar la adaptación de las tecnologías de información y comunicación en las pymes en el entorno del Covid–19 del distrito de San Juan Bautista. La investigación es de diseño no experimental y de tipo cuantitativo. La población es de 248 Pymes con una muestra representativa del 20% del total de la población, es decir, 45 Pymes del rubro de hotelería, salud, restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas de equipos electrónicos. La técnica de muestreo es aleatoria simple y la técnica de recolección de datos es la encuesta, que fue sometida a criterio de validez de experto. Los resultados mostraron que las pymes se adaptaron al uso de la tecnología de información y comunicación en el tiempo de Covid-19, que actualmente cuentan con computadoras, laptops, internet, impresora, tiquetera, sistema de ventas, sistema de facturación y cámaras de vigilancia en las Pymes, y el 73.3% señalan que si han logrado cambios importantes con el uso de las tecnología de información y comunicación en las empresas en tiempo de la pandemia como asimilar y circular la información, mejorar las prácticas de comercialización y ventas, elevar la capacidad técnica y facilitar el aprendizaje del personal.
The present study was developed in a group of SMEs from the district of San Juan Bautista, Province of Maynas, Loreto Region, the majority belong to the economic activity of restaurants and hotels, which adapted to the use of information and communication technology, for be immersed in the control of SUNAT. Therefore, we set ourselves the objective of evaluating the adaptation of information and communication technologies in SMEs in the environment of Covid-19 in the district of San Juan Bautista. The research is non-experimental and quantitative in design. The population is 248 SMEs with a representative sample of 20% of the total population, that is, 45 SMEs in the hotel, health, restaurant, supermarket and electronic equipment stores. The sampling technique is simple random and the data collection technique is the survey, which was subjected to expert validity criteria. The results showed that SMEs adapted to the use of information and communication technology in the time of Covid-19, which currently have computers, laptops, internet, printer, ticket machine, sales system, billing system and surveillance cameras. in SMEs, and 73.3% indicate that if they have achieved important changes with the use of information and communication technology in companies in times of the pandemic, such as assimilating and circulating information, improving marketing and sales practices, raising the technical capacity and facilitate staff learning.
