Abstract
El presente proyecto arquitectónico tiene como objetivo principal el diseño de un centro comercial desde la comunicación y la cultura, Centro comercial Sachachorro en el distrito de Iquitos, año 2022, la ciudad de Iquitos es una isla que, a lo largo del tiempo, por la mala práctica de los gobernantes, ha ocultado historias de gran impacto social perdiéndose la comunicación , cultura amazónico y turístico, que actualmente, solo lleva el nombre sin identidad “Sachachorro”, la misma población local de personas de tercera edad, cuentan lo que en una época fue, el lugar más visitado por los lugareños, visitantes de otros lugares.
A lo largo de la investigación, y lo recaudado, la quebrada Sachachorro ha tomado características negativas, sociales, y de infraestructura, una de las problemáticas que aqueja, a comerciantes, vecino, y público en general, convirtiéndose en un lugar no habitable, e intransitables, provocando desmoronamiento, hundimiento entre otros daños, de esta manera, nace la propuesta de recuperación de la fuente de agua, llamada Sachachorro, donde que se recreara, y se potencializara, este hito, muy conocido por la población Amazónica, donde se brindara espacios públicos, comerciales y sociales, en entorno con la naturaleza natural. Nuestro objetivo de investigación es Proponer un Centro Comercial que revalorice la historia del lugar y que la sociedad y visitante, y la sociedad y visitantes tengan una comunicación directa con la naturaleza y no se pierda esta cultura, que a la vez sea un planteamiento original Aamazónico, único en toda la Región.

Our research objective is to propose a Shopping Center that revalues the history of the place and that society and visitors have direct communication with nature and this culture is not lost, which at the same time is an original Amazonian approach. , unique in the entire Region.
