Características Sociodemográficas y Calidad de Atención percibida por madres del menor de 5 Años en CRED Hospital Regional de Loreto 2023

Abstract
La calidad en el servicio brindado por los enfermeros es de vital importancia
en el ámbito de la atención de la salud. Los enfermeros desempeñan un
papel crucial en el cuidado y bienestar de los pacientes, y su capacidad
para ofrecer un servicio de calidad influye directamente en la experiencia
del paciente y en los resultados de su atención. Objetivo: Determinar la
relación que existe entre las características sociodemográficas y la calidad
de atención percibida por las madres del menor de 5 años en CRED/HRL.
Material y métodos: Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo no
experimental, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo, con una muestra de
169 mamitas de niños menores de 5 años atendidos en CRED/HRL; La
técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento un Cuestionario sobre calidad de
atención percibida por las mamitas de niños menores de 5 años atendidos
en CRED/HRL. Para el procesamiento y análisis de datos se utilizó el
paquete estadístico SPSS versión 27.0 y para el análisis bivariado se utilizó
la prueba estadística chi cuadrada (x2). Resultados: El 74,0% percibieron
calidad de atención moderadamente adecuado, el 18,9% percibieron
calidad de atención adecuada y el 7,1% restante percibieron una calidad
de atención inadecuada. En conclusión, se pudo demostrar asociación
significativa con la calidad de atención percibida, la edad p = 0,001 (p <
0,05), grado de instrucción p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), ocupación p = 0,017 (p <
0,05) y estado civil p = 0,018 (p < 0,05).
The quality of service provided by nurses is of vital importance in health care. Nurses play a crucial role in the care and well-being of patients, and their ability to provide quality service directly influences patient experience and care outcomes. Objective: To determine the relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and the quality of care perceived by mothers of children under 5 years of age in CRED/HRL. Material and methods: Non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, prospective, quantitative research with a sample of 169 mothers of children under 5 years of age attended at CRED/HRL; the technique was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire on quality of care perceived by mothers of children under 5 years of age attended at CRED/HRL. The SPSS version 27.0 statistical package was used for data processing and analysis, and the chi-square (x2) statistical test was used for bivariate analysis. Results: 74.0% perceived quality of care as moderately adequate, 18.9% perceived quality of care as adequate and the remaining 7.1% perceived quality of care as inadequate. In conclusion, it was possible to demonstrate significant association with perceived quality of care, age p = 0.001 (p < 0.05), educational level p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), occupation p = 0.017 (p < 0.05) and marital status p = 0.018 (p < 0.05).
