Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el diseño de pu esto de la ventanilla
de atención al cliente del Banco de la Nación de la ciudad de lquitos, año 2022;
además, señalar las funciones que desempeñan! las condiciones del entorno y
el ambiente de trabajo.
Su metodología es descriptiva, no experimental y de corte transversal; su
población de estudio son los trabajadores del Banco de la Nación de !quitos,
teniendo una muestra representativa a 1 O empleados que desempeñan
funciones en la ventanilla de atención al cliente de la agencia de San Juan
Bautista.
Concluyen que para el cumplimiento de estas funciones, reciben capacitación de
manera constante sobre procedimientos, funciones a desempeñar y Manual de
Organización y Funciones; en cuanto al entorno laboral, se desprende que existe
buenas relaciones interpersonales, así mismo que en cuanto a cortesía, debe
mejorar; pues los resultados indican que es regular, de otro lado, la mayor parte
de clientes son empleados públicos I a la vez; indicaron que el aspecto de
estabilidad laboral es muy importante para su desarrollo, al ser ellos contratados
consideran que si se le presentara una oportunidad laboral en otro banco, se
irían.
The objective of the research was to identify the position design of the customer service window of the Banco de la Nación in the city of lquitos, year 2022; In addition, point out the functions they perform, the surrounding conditions and the work environment. lts methodology is descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional; lts study population is the workers of the Bank of the Nation of lquitos, having a representative sample of 1 O employees who perform functions in the customer service window of the San Juan Bautista agency. They conclude that receive constant training on procedures, functions to be performed and the Organization and Functions Manual; Regarding the work environment, it is clear that there are good interpersonal relationships, as well as that in terms of courtesy, it should improve; because the results indicate that it is regular; on the other hand, most of the clients are public employees, at the same time; They indicated that the aspect of job stability is very important for their development, since they are hired, they consider that if they were presented with a job opportunity in another bank, they would leave.
