Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación de la gestión del recurso humano con el performance del personal administrativo. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa, nivel explicativo, diseño correlacional; la muestra fue de 36 trabajadores de las diferentes gerencias de la municipalidad, a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario. Para la verificación de la hipótesis se aplicó la estadística Chi Cuadrado.
La gestión del talento humano se está evaluando a través de la medición del conocimiento de los procesos de gestión, la habilidad, la actitud, la capacidad y la motivación; a su vez, el performance a través del desempeño del trabajador municipal en calidad de trabajo, compromiso y liderazgo. A la luz de los resultados ha quedado probado con el 95% de confianza, que existe relación influyente entre los cuatro primeros indicadores de la gestión del talento humano y el performance del personal administrativo, asimismo que la motivación del recurso humano no influye en el performance del personal.
