Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el uso del método Kaizen en
las Mypes de ropa y accesorios para damas, ciudad Iquitos, 2023. La
metodología consistió en un diseño descriptivo, no correlacional y no
experimental. Diez empresas constituyeron la población y la muestra. Los
resultados señalan que el uso del método en clasificar, respecto al
merchandising, se están desarrollando las estrategias de hacer visible el
producto, el 70%; presentación de precios, las empresas están
desarrollando la estrategia de visibilización, 60%. Respecto a organizar, el
80% está empezando en el tema de señalizaciones; en seguridad el 40%
cuenta con algún personal. Referente al uso de limpiar, sobre limpieza
externa, el 80% pone algo de importancia; sobre limpieza interna, el 90%
dan algo de importancia; sobre uso de contenedores, todas las empresas
muestran que cuentan con algún tipo de contenedor, 100%. Respecto al
uso del método en normalizar, en ofertas de medios de pago, el 100% usa
el pago en efectivo, 80% utilizan pago con tarjeta de crédito y débito,
respecto a comprobantes de pago, las empresas más boletas, 100%;
otorgan facturas, 60%; en lo que refiere al uso de plásticos, el 80% lo brinda
gratuitamente. Referente al uso del método en preservar, el uso vestimenta
del personal, son muy pocas las empresas que no ponen énfasis en el
tema, el 60%, sobre expresiones de saludo, el 70% muestra algún tipo de
saludo al ingresar; y expresiones de despedida, el 70% muestra alguna
muestra algún tipo de despedida.
The objective of the research was to determine the use of the Kaizen method in women’s clothing and accessories Mypes, Iquitos city, 2023. The methodology consisted of a descriptive, non-correlational and nonexperimental design. Ten companies constituted the population and the sample. Regarding the use of the method in normalizing, in offers of means of payment, 100% use cash payment, 80% use credit and debit card payment, with respect to payment receipts, companies plus receipts, 100%; they issue invoices, 60%; Regarding the use of plastics, 80% provide it for free. Regarding the use of the method in preserving, the use of staff clothing, there are very few companies that do not place emphasis on the issue, 60%, on greeting expressions, 70% show some type of greeting upon entering; and farewell expressions, 70% show some type of farewell.
