Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el comportamiento del
desempeño laboral en puntualidad, ausentismo y permanencia. Su diseño
fue descriptivo, con muestra de 97 trabajadores, a quienes se aplicó
cuestionario.
El (35%) puntuales, el (40%) mayores de 40 años, menos puntuales son de
25 hasta 40 años con 5% de puntualidad, las mujeres tienen 30% y
hombres 70%, con referencia al tiempo en el trabajo los menos puntuales
son más de 3 años con 5%.
Los menos ausentes son menores de 25 años con 5%, asistencia total del
50% los de 25 hasta 40 años con 25%, entre hombres y mujeres 30% de
ausentismo, del 50% de asistencia 40% son hombres y 10% mujeres, por
el tiempo de trabajo los más ausentes son más de 3 años en el trabajo con
15%, existe un 55% de asistencia, destacando de 1 a 3 años de tiempo en
el trabajo con un 25%.
Mayores de 40 años 25%, de 25 hasta 40 años 20%, menores de 25 años
10%, un 25% permanece en el puesto de trabajo, entre hombres y mujeres
hay un 55% de abandono el 40% son hombres y 15% mujeres.
The objective of the research was to determine the behavior of work performance in punctuality, absenteeism and permanence. Its design was descriptive, with a sample of 97 workers, to whom a questionnaire was applied.
