Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo señalar las características del producto en
el negocio de jabones artesanales, la demanda y la oferta competitiva del
producto.
Su metodología fue descriptiva, de corte transversal, no experimental; su
población fueron los emprendedores que se dedican al negocio de producción
y comercialización de jabones artesanales, así como los clientes de ellos.
Concluye que, no existe mucha demanda del producto en la ciudad, toda vez
que solo el 22.1% de los encuestados ha tenido alguna experiencia con los
jabones artesanales; en cuanto a la oferta hay una variedad de alternativas de
uso, como jabón de glicerina, jabón exfoliante, jabones perfumados, jabones
neutros. El precio que se oferta es entre 12 a 15 soles, pudiendo encontrarse
en Los Portales y La Cadena. La mayor parte de consumidores son mujeres,
con una experiencia positiva en su uso y prefieren porque les deja la piel suave
y saludable. Sostiene que deberían mejorar el precio, sin embargo, a pesar de
ello tiene un hábito de comprar mensual.
The objective of the research was to point out the characteristics of the product in the craft soap business, the demand and the competitive offer of the product. Its methodology was descriptive, cross-sectional, not experimental; its population were the entrepreneurs who are dedicated to the business of production and commercialization of handmade soaps, as well as their clients. It concludes that there is not much demand for the product in the city, since only 22.1% of those surveyed have had some experience with handmade soaps; Regarding the offer, there are a variety of alternative uses, such as glycerin soap, exfoliating soap, scented soaps, neutral soaps. The price offered is between 12 to 15 soles, and can be found in Los Portales and La Cadena. Most consumers are women, with a positive experience in its use and prefer it because it leaves their skin soft and healthy. He maintains that they should improve the price, however, despite this, he has a habit of buying monthly.
