Abstract

The population and sample were represented by 50 complaints of robbery in juvenile offenders, made in the Morona Police Station of the Iquitos District; The technique that was used is on the documentary analysis and the Record Sheet Instrument According to the research carried out, it is concluded accepting the hypothesis, because more than half, that is 70% of the complaints of theft, made by minor offenders are due to work, family, social and educational factors; but there are also 30% who do not consider it. The determined percentage is very high and worrying, since, if there is no State prevention and protection policy, against juvenile delinquency, we will be talking about a greater increase in robberies and other crimes, to the detriment of the population, which is the most vulnerable.
