Clima Social Familiar y Ansiedad en Gestantes de 18 a 35 años atendidas en la IPRESS I – 4 Bellavista Nanay enero a junio año 2022

Abstract

La finalidad del estudio es determinar la relación que existe entre el clima social familiar y la ansiedad en gestantes de 18 a 35 años atendidas en la IPRESS I – 4 Bellavista Nanay, enero a junio, 2022. Investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva relacional, método hipotético – deductivo y diseño no experimental transversal, población conformada por 413 gestantes, se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia siendo la muestra 318 gestantes atendidas en el IPRESS I – 4 Bellavista Nanay enero a junio. La técnica fue Psicométrica y se utilizó la escala de clima social familiar (FES) y la autovaloración de la ansiedad de Zung. La información se procesó mediante el programa SPSS v23., observando los resultados siguientes: Clima social familiar, fue nivel medio en 87,9%, y el 12,1% presentaron nivel bajo y en la Ansiedad, el 90,4% no presentaron ansiedad, el 9,3% tuvieron ansiedad mínima a moderada y el 0,3% manifestaron ansiedad marcada a severa. Concluye: El clima social familiar no se relaciona significativamente con la ansiedad en gestantes de 18 a 35 años atendidas en la IPRESS I – 4 Bellavista Nanay, enero a junio (X2 C = 4,709; p= 0,095> 0,05).

The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the family social climate and anxiety in pregnant women from 18 to 35 years of age attended at the IPRESS I - 4 Bellavista Nanay, from January to June, 2022. Quantitative, descriptive relational research, hypothetical-deductive method and cross-sectional non-experimental design, population made up of 413 pregnant women, non-probabilistic sampling was used for convenience, the sample being 318 pregnant women attended at IPRESS I - 4 Bellavista Nanay from January to June. The technique was psychometric and the family social climate scale (FES) and Zung's self-assessment of anxiety were used. The information was processed through the SPSS v23 program, observing the following results: Family social climate, it was a medium level in 87.9%, and 12.1% presented a low level and in Anxiety, 90.4% did not present anxiety, 9.3% had minimal to moderate anxiety and 0.3% manifested marked to severe anxiety. It concludes: The family social climate is not significantly related to anxiety in pregnant women between 18 and 35 years of age attended at IPRESS I - 4 Bellavista Nanay, from January to June (X2 C = 4.709; p= 0.095> 0.05).
