Abstract
El propósito de la presente investigación es analizar el nivel de estrés
laboral en los trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Educación de Loreto
- DREL, ciudad de Iquitos, año 2022.
La investigación es descriptiva simple, la población estuvo conformada por
30 trabajadores de distintas áreas de la Dirección Regional de Educación
de Loreto - Iquitos, año 2022. Siendo la muestra la misma cantidad de la
población, según muestreo no probabilístico y a conveniencia y cumplen
con el criterio de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica fue la psicométrica y el
instrumento fue la escala de estrés laboral OIT_OMS. La información fue
procesada mediante el programa estadístico SPSS v22. Los resultados
fueron: el 56,7% presenta estrés laboral, seguido del 36,7% con un nivel
intermedio de estrés y solo el 6,7% con bajo nivel de estrés laboral.
Concluyendo que: En cuanto al nivel global de estrés de los trabajadores
de la Dirección Regional de Educación de Loreto – DREL, se observó que
la mayoría, el 36,7% presenta estrés laboral, asimismo se halló que un
36,7% esta estresado en su ámbito laboral pero aun nivel intermedio y solo
el mínimo porcentaje de trabajadores, el 6,7% presenta bajo niveles de
estrés.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of work stress in the workers of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto - Iquitos, year 2022. The research is simple descriptive, the population was made up of 30 workers from different areas of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto - Iquitos, year 2022. The sample being the same amount of the population, according to non-probabilistic sampling and at convenience and they comply with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique was psychometric and the instrument was the OIT_OMS work stress scale. The information was processed using the statistical program SPSS v22. The results were: 56.7% presented work stress, followed by 36.7% with an intermediate level of stress and only 6.7% with a low level of work stress. Concluding that: Regarding the global level of stress of the workers of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto - DREL, it was observed that the majority, 36.7%, present work stress, it was also found that 36.7% are stressed in their workplace but even at an intermediate level and only the minimum percentage of workers, 6.7% have low levels of stress.
