Propuesta de un plan de manejo de residuos sólidos en el establecimiento de venta mayorista la canasta E.I.R.L, Iquitos - 2022

Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de manejo de residuos sólidos para lo cual primero se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual en el establecimiento de venta mayorista La Canasta E.I.R.L. situada en la ciudad de Iquitos. Establecimiento dedicado a la venta al por mayor y menor de productos de primera necesidad, las que actualmente vienen generando acumulación de residuos sólidos, generando un impacto hacia el negocio (trabajadores) y clientes de la ciudad de Iquitos. Del trabajo desarrollado se ha obtenido información relevante que el establecimiento en relación al área de trabajo que produce mayor residuo sólido es el almacén con 34.48 kg. en promedio mensual; seguido del área de expendio con 17.62 kg. en promedio mensual; y por último el área administrativa con 5.51 kg. en promedio mensual.
Según el tipo de residuo generado en el establecimiento La Canasta, el que se genera en mayor cantidad es el residuo inorgánico con 44.02 kg. representando el 76.41% del promedio mensual. De estos el de mayor producción es el papel con 25.54 Kg, seguido del plástico con 12.62 kg. y por último el vidrio con 5.86 kg. Mientras que el residuo orgánico generado es de 13.59 kg. de promedio mensual, representando el 23.59% del promedio mensual.
Los resultados demuestran que 6 (43%) de los encuestados si conocen que son los residuos sólidos; 7 (50%) de ellos no conocen que son los residuos sólidos; y solamente 01 encuestado no sabe ni opina.
Además, 10 (71%) encuestados no han recibido charlas sobre el manejo de residuos sólidos y el 100% de los encuestados (Según gráfico Nª 13) manifiestan estar de acuerdo en recibir información sobre cómo trabajar con un buen plan de manejo de los residuos sólidos.
Además, el establecimiento no cuenta con envases adecuados y suficientes para la recolección y depósitos de estos residuos. A partir de estos datos el establecimiento. La canasta ha implementado tachos destinados a los diferentes tipos de residuos. De igual forma, se ha procedido a la capacitación de todo el personal en el manejo adecuado de los RS, garantizando la salud e higiene del establecimiento y de los clientes.
