Abstract

El objetivo es determinar el nivel de calidad del servicio de los agentes corresponsales de la CMAC Maynas, de la ciudad de Iquitos. Metodología: estudio de tipo descriptiva, transversal, no experimental; Muestra de 384 clientes. Resultados: se determinó que La fiabilidad de los agentes de la CMAC Maynas es percibida por el 2.9% como mala, 18.8% regular, 39.6% buena y el 38.8 % muy buena: Se verifico la hipótesis: La fiabilidad es de nivel 3 (Buena), con (p=0.004). La capacidad de respuesta en los agentes de la CMAC Maynas es percibida por el 10.9% como regular, 42.2% buena y el 46.9% muy buena. Se verifico la hipótesis: La capacidad de respuesta es de nivel 3 (Buena), con p=0.001 y La seguridad en los agentes de la CMAC Maynas es percibida por el 3.9% de clientes como regular, 17.9% buena y el 78.2% muy buena. Se verifico la hipótesis: La seguridad es de nivel 3 (Buena), con p=0.001. Se concluyó que la calidad de servicio en los agentes de la CMAC Maynas es de nivel 3 que equivale a (Bueno) en la escala de apreciación.
The objective is to determine the level of quality of service of the correspondent agents of the CMAC Maynas, in the city of Iquitos. Methodology: descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental study. Sample of 384 customers. Results: It was determined that the reliability of the agents of the CMAC Maynas is perceived by 2.9% as bad, 18.8% as fair, 39.6% as good and 38.8% as very good: The hypothesis was verified: The reliability is level 3 (Good), with (p=0.004). The response capacity of the agents of the CMAC Maynas is perceived by 10.9% as fair, 42.2% as good and 46.9% as very good. The hypothesis was verified: The response capacity is level 3 (Good), with p=0.001 and The security of the agents of the CMAC Maynas is perceived by 3.9% of clients as fair, 17.9% good and 78.2% very good. The hypothesis was verified: Security is level 3 (Good), with p=0.001. It was concluded that the quality of service in the agents of the CMAC Maynas is level 3, which is equivalent to (Good) on the appreciation scale.
