Abstract
El propósito del estudio es determinar la relación entre el clima
organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en la Sociedad
de Beneficencia Pública en la ciudad de Iquitos, año 2022.
Investigación cuantitativa, método hipotético deductivo, población
integrada por 45 trabajadores de la Sociedad de Beneficencia Pública,
ciudad Iquitos, el muestreo fue no probabilístico de tipo conveniencia
siendo la muestra 45. La técnica fue psicométrica y encuesta, los
instrumentos escala de clima organizacional (EDCO), y el cuestionario de
Satisfacción Laboral S21/26.
Para analizar la información se utilizó el software SPSS v25, y se
obtuvieron los siguientes resultados. Variable clima organizacional, fue de
nivel medio en 97,8% y el 2,2% opinó que tienen un nivel adecuado y la
variable satisfacción laboral, fue medianamente satisfecha en 66,7% y el
33,3% está satisfecho. Concluye: Existe una relación entre el clima
organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en la Sociedad
de Beneficencia Pública en la ciudad de Iquitos (Rho=0,228; p=0,132;
correlación positiva media).
The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of workers in the Sociedad de Beneficencia Pública in the city of Iquitos, year 2022. Quantitative research, hypothetical deductive method, population made up of 45 workers of the Sociedad de Beneficencia Pública, Iquitos city, the sampling was non-probabilistic of the convenience type, the sample being 45. The technique was psychometric and survey, the instruments organizational climate scale (EDCO), and the Job Satisfaction questionnaire S21/26. To analyze the information, the SPSS v25 software was used, and the following results were obtained. Organizational climate variable, was medium level in 97.8% and 2.2% believed that they have an adequate level and the job satisfaction variable, was moderately satisfied in 66.7% and 33.3% are satisfied. It concludes: There is a relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of workers in the Sociedad de Beneficencia Pública in the city of Iquitos (Rho=0.228; p=0.132; medium positive correlation).
