Factores de personalidad y depresión en docentes del Ceba en San Juan Bautista - 2021

Abstract

La finalidad de esta investigación fue Determinar la relación que existe entre los factores de personalidad y la depresión en docentes CEBA San Juan de Bautista, ciudad de Iquitos, 2021. Estudio con enfoque cuantitativo y método hipotético deductivo. Población integrada por 60 docentes, se utilizó la muestra censal siendo esta 60 docentes, Se utilizó la técnica psicométrica y la encuesta. Los Instrumentos Se utilizó el test NEO PI-R, Revised Neo Personality Inventory (1978) para la variable rasgos de personalidad e cuestionario de Depresión de Beck-II (BDI-II). Para analizar la información se consideró el paquete SPSS v23. Teniendo los resultados para la variable rasgos de personalidad, el 6,7 % obtuvo un nivel bajo en los rasgos de su personalidad y un 93,3 % de los docentes obtuvieron un nivel medio en los rasgos de su personalidad y variable depresión, el 73,3 % tuvo un nivel de depresión ausente o mínima, el 20,0% obtuvo un nivel leve y solo un 6,7 % un nivel moderado de depresión. Se concluye: Existe una relación significativa entre los factores de personalidad y la depresión, en docentes CEBA San Juan Bautista, ciudad de Iquitos (Rho= 0,297; p=0,021<0,05; correlación positiva media).

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between personality factors and depression in teachers CEBA San Juan Bautista, city of Iquitos, 2021. Study with a quantitative approach and hypothetical deductive method. Population composed of 60 teachers, the census sample was used, this being 60 teachers, the psychometric technique and the survey were used. The instruments The NEO PI-R test, Revised Neo Personality Inventory (1978) was used for the personality traits variable and the Beck-II Depression questionnaire (BDI-II). To analyze the information, the SPSS v23 package was considered. Taking the results for the personality traits variable, 6.7% obtained a low level in their personality traits and 93.3% of the teachers obtained a medium level in their personality traits and depression variable, 73 , 3% had an absent or minimal level of depression, 20.0% had a mild level and only 6.7% a moderate level of depression. It is concluded: There is a significant relationship between personality factors and depression, in teachers CEBA San Juan Bautista, city of Iquitos (Rho = 0.297; p = 0.021<0.05; mean positive correlation)
