Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los niveles del clima organizacional que presentan los trabajadores del Hogar Clínica San Juan de Dios – Iquitos, periodo 2020. El diseño de investigación es de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal, la población y muestra que fue estudiada estuvo conformada por 32 trabajadores, para ello se aplicó la Escala de Clima Laboral CL-SPC de la Psicóloga Sonia Palma Carrillo; que evalúa las dimensiones de: autorealización, involucramiento laboral, supervisión, comunicación y condiciones laborales.
Dentro de los resultados del clima organizacional en general se obtuvo un 62,5% como media; 25,0% como desfavorable y sólo un 12,5% como favorable; según sexo: en mujeres se obtuvo un 37,5% como media; en hombres un 25,0%; según edad: entre el rango de edades de 22 a 27 años y de 28 a 34 años de edad se obtuvo un 21,9% respectivamente, de 35 a 61 años de edad se obtuvo un 18,8%; según tiempo de servicio: de 1 a 2 años de servicio se obtuvo un 46,9%. En la dimensión de autorealización se obtuvo 50,0% como desfavorable; en involucramiento laboral un 56,3% como favorable; en supervisión un 50,0% como medio; en comunicación un 50,0% como medio y en condiciones laborales un 53,1% como medio.
The objective of this research study was to assess organizational climate among workers of the Hogar Clinica San Juan de Dios in Iquitos, during 2020. The research design is of a descriptive cross-sectional type, the population sample was made up of 32 workers, assessed by the CL-SPC Work Climate Scale of Psychology of Sonia Palma Carrillo; which evaluates the dimensions of: self-realization, involvement in the workplace, supervision, communication and working conditions. Within the results of the organizational climate in general, an average score of 62.5% was obtained: 25.0% as unfavorable and only 12.5% as favorable; by gender: in women the average score was 37.5%; in men 25.0%; according to age: between the age range of 22 to 27 years and from 28 to 34 years of age, a score of 21.9% was obtained respectively, from 35 to 61 years of age, a score of 18.8% were obtained; According to time of service: among those with 1 to 2 years of service, a score of 46.9% was obtained.
