Evaluar impacto de la ley nº 27157 y sus modificatorias en el desarrollo económico del distrito de Tarapoto, provincia de San Martin, 2021

Abstract

The present research work evaluates the impact of the legislation for the regularization of buildings through Law No. 27157 and its amending Law 30830 in the city of Tarapoto with the objective of evidencing the improvements in the formalization of property ownership. Likewise, in the aforementioned work of managing a conceptual and regulatory development of the formalization of property ownership, outlining the legal and regulatory limitations of property rights in the District of Tarapoto, San Martin Region.
