Abstract
La investigación identifica los rasgos de personalidad en el personal
docente que labora en la Institución Educativa N° 61015, la Inmaculada,
2022.
Estudio con enfoque cuantitativo tipo descriptivo y diseño no
experimental. Población conformada por 48 docentes, se utilizó el
muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia siendo la muestra 48
docentes en la Institución Educativa N° 61015, la Inmaculada, se utilizó la
técnica psicométrica y el test de rasgos de personalidad NEO PI-R
Para analizar la información se utilizó el programa SPSS v25,
consiguiendo los siguientes resultados: Neuroticismo, el 54,2% mostraron
nivel promedio, 41,7% nivel leve, el 4,2% nivel alto. Extraversión, el 97,9%
mostraron nivel alto y el 2,1% nivel bajo. Apertura a la experiencia, el
83,3% mostraron nivel promedio, el 8,3% nivel bajo y el 8,3% nivel alto.
Amabilidad, el 85,4% mostraron nivel promedio, el 12,5% nivel bajo y el
2,1% nivel alto. Responsabilidad, el 75,0% mostraron nivel promedio, el
20,8% nivel alto y el 4,2% nivel bajo. Concluye: el nivel de los rasgos de
personalidad en el personal docente que labora en la Institución Educativa
N° 61015, la Inmaculada fue promedio.
The research identifies the personality traits in the teaching staff who work in Educational Institution No. 61015, La Immaculate, 2022. Study with a quantitative descriptive approach and non-experimental design. Population made up of 48 teachers, non-probabilistic sampling was used for convenience, the sample being 48 teachers in Educational Institution No. 61015, la Immaculate, the psychometric technique and the NEO PI-R personality traits test were used. To analyze the information, the SPSS v25 program was used, obtaining the following results: Neuroticism, 54.2% showed average level, 41.7% mild level, 4.2% high level. Extraversion, 97.9% showed a high level and 2.1% a low level. Openness to experience, 83.3% showed an average level, 8.3% a low level and 8.3% a high level. Kindness, 85.4% showed average level, 12.5% low level and 2.1% high level. Responsibility, 75.0% showed an average level, 20.8% a high level and 4.2% a low level. It concludes: the level of personality traits in the teaching staff working in Educational Institution No. 61015, la Immaculate was average.
