Funcionalidad familiar e inteligencia emocional en trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Regional De Loreto Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias Ciudad De Iquitos, año 2022

Abstract

El propósito del estudio es determinar la relación entre el funcionamiento familiar con la inteligencia emocional en trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Regional de Loreto “Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias” ciudad de Iquitos, año 2022. Investigación con encuadre cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, población integrada por 150 trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Regional Loreto Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias, ciudad Iquitos, el muestreo fue aleatorio simple siendo la muestra 108 trabajadores. La técnica fue psicométrica y los instrumentos la escala de funcionamiento familiar FFSIL. y el inventario emocional de Baron. Para analizar la información se utilizó el software SPSS v25, y se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados. Variable funcionamiento familiar, el 68,8% tuvieron nivel de familia moderadamente funcional, el 24,8% con familia funcional y el 6,4% tuvieron familia disfuncional y la variable inteligencia emocional el 94,5% tuvieron nivel promedio o adecuada, el 3,7% con nivel por mejorar y el 1,8% tuvieron nivel muy de desarrollado. Concluye: El funcionamiento familiar se relaciona con la inteligencia emocional en trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Regional de Loreto “Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias” ciudad de Iquitos (Rho=0,172; p=0,073; correlación positiva media).The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between family functioning with emotional intelligence in administrative workers of the Regional Hospital of Loreto "Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias" city of Iquitos, year 2022. Research with quantitative framework, hypothetical-deductive method, population made up of 150 administrative workers of the Loreto Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias Regional Hospital, Iquitos city, the sampling was simple random, the sample being 108 workers. The technique was psychometric and the instruments were the FF-SIL family functioning scale. and Baron's emotional inventory. SPSS v25 software was used to analyze the information, and the following results were obtained. Family functioning variable, 68.8% had a moderately functional family level, 24.8% had a functional family and 6.4% had a dysfunctional family and the emotional intelligence variable 94.5% had an average or adequate level, the 3.7% had a level to improve and 1.8% had a highly developed level. Conclusions: Family functioning is related to emotional intelligence in administrative workers of the Regional Hospital of Loreto "Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias" city of Iquitos (Rho=0.172; p=0.073; average positive correlation).
