Abstract
Este informe final presenta un objetivo: determina la relación entre el estrés y el desempeño laboral en los docentes de instituciones educativas, Iquitos 2023, en la cual se utilizó un estudio tipo básica, nivel descriptivo correlacional; optando como población a 327 docentes a los mismos que se les empleo un cuestionario de preguntas para el recojo de datos e información. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se determinó que el 51.1% de docentes de la ciudad de Iquitos presentan un nivel de estrés alto, asimismo, el 31.2% presentan un nivel medio, sin embargo, solo el 17.7% demostró un bajo estrés. Por otro lado, se ha demostrado que el 52.3% de docentes de la ciudad de Iquitos demuestran un bajo desempeño en sus labores, además, el 29,1% demuestra que un nivel medio de desempeño y solo el 18.7% demuestra un nivel alto. De manera general, existe una correlación negativa significativa (Rho = 0.808; sig. = 0.000) entre el estrés y el desempeño laboral en los docentes de instituciones educativas en Iquitos 2023. Esto significa que a medida que el nivel de estrés aumenta, el desempeño laboral tiende a disminuir.
This final report presents an objective: determines the relationship between stress and job performance in teachers of educational institutions, Iquitos 2023, in which a basic type study, correlational descriptive level was used; Choosing as a population 327 teachers, who were used a questionnaire to collect data and information. According to the results obtained, it was determined that 51.1% of teachers in the city of Iquitos present a high level of stress, likewise, 31.2% present a medium level, however, only 17.7% demonstrated low stress. On the other hand, it has been shown that 52.3% of teachers in the city of Iquitos demonstrate low performance in their work, in addition, 29.1% demonstrate a medium level of performance and only 18.7% demonstrate a high level. In general, there is a significant negative correlation (Rho = 0.808; sig. = 0.000) between stress and job performance in teachers of educational institutions in Iquitos 2023. This means that as the level of stress increases, performance labor tends to decrease.
