Abstract
El presente estudio se enfocó en determinar los desafíos significativos que enfrenta la industria de la construcción en el Perú, tales como retrasos en los plazos y costos que superan los presupuestos, lo que resulta en insatisfacción para los clientes y pérdidas para las empresas constructoras. Esta tesis propone abordar estas dificultades mediante la implementación del "Last Planner System" para mejorar la gestión de tiempos y costos en proyectos, específicamente en el caso del Mall Aventura Iquitos en 2023. El estudio utilizó un enfoque descriptivo con propuesta experimental, recolectando datos a través de observaciones en el lugar de trabajo.
Los resultados indican que el "Last Planner System" facilita el control de los procesos constructivos, mejora el Índice Semanal de Producción (ISP) y alinea los Indicadores de Costo (ICP) con las metas establecidas, siempre y cuando se disponga de un adecuado Análisis del Precio Unitario (APU). En síntesis, este sistema contribuye a mejorar la eficiencia y productividad al reducir la variabilidad y optimizar los recursos en proyectos de construcción en el Perú.
The present study focused on determining the significant challenges facing the construction industry in Peru, such as delays in deadlines and costs that exceed budgets, resulting in dissatisfaction for clients and losses for construction companies. This thesis proposes to address these difficulties through the implementation of the "Last Planner System" to improve time and cost management in projects, specifically in the case of Mall Aventura Iquitos in 2023. The study used a descriptive approach with an experimental proposal, collecting data at through workplace observations. The results indicate that the "Last Planner System" facilitates the control of construction processes, improves the Weekly Production Index (ISP) and aligns the Cost Indicators (ICP) with the established goals, as long as an adequate Analysis is available. of the Unit Price (APU). In summary, this system contributes to improving efficiency and productivity by reducing variability and optimizing resources in construction projects in Peru.
