Abstract
El propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar los niveles de
habilidades sociales en docentes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa
Pública “Loreto” – Iquitos, 2022. La investigación es descriptiva simple, la
población estuvo conformada por 30 docentes de secundario de una Institución
Educativa pública – Iquitos, 2022, siendo la muestra la misma cantidad de la
población, según muestreo no probabilístico y a conveniencia y que cumplieron
con el criterio de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica que se eligió es la
psicométrica y el instrumento la escala de Habilidades sociales (EHS) de
Gismero. La información se procesó mediante el programa estadístico SPSS
v22. Los resultados dieron que las habilidades sociales en la población en
estudio es de un 36,7% quienes mostraron un nivel muy bajo en habilidades
sociales, 16,7% nivel bajo, 43,3% nivel medio y un 3,3% un alto nivel de
habilidades sociales. En cuanto a la dimensión Autoexpresión en situaciones
sociales se encontró que el 46,7% obtuvo un nivel muy bajo, 30,0% nivel bajo
y un 23,3% nivel medio, relacionado a la Defensa de los propios derechos se
observó que el 10,0% mostraron un nivel muy bajo, 40,0% nivel bajo, 33,3%
nivel medio y solo un 16,7% un nivel alto. Concerniente a la Expresión de
enfado o disconformidad, el 16,7% mostraron muy bajo nivel de, 36,7% nivel
bajo, 33,3% nivel medio y el 13,3% obtuvo un nivel alto en esta dimensión. Por
cuanto a decir no y cortar interacciones, el 13,3% mostraron muy bajo nivel,
33,3% bajo, 33,3% nivel medio y solo un 20,0% obtuvo un nivel alto. En Hacer
peticiones, solo un 6,7% mostraron muy bajo nivel, 13,3% nivel bajo, el 40,0%
un nivel medio, un 33,3% mostro un nivel alto y solo el 6,7% obtuvo un nivel
muy alto. Por cuanto a la dimensión Capacidad para iniciar interacciones
positivas con el sexo opuesto, el 33,3% demostró muy baja capacidad para
iniciar interacciones, el 33,3% obtuvo un nivel bajo, un 16,7% nivel medio y
solo un 16,7% demostró alta capacidad en esta dimensión. En base a los
resultados se concluye lo siguiente: la mayoría de los docentes de secundaria
de la Institución Educativa Publica “Loreto” – Iquitos, 2022, tienen niveles de
habilidades sociales entre muy bajo y medio.

The research is simple descriptive, the population consisted of 30 secondary school teachers of a public educational institution - Iquitos, 2022, being the sample the same amount of the population, according to non-probabilistic and convenience sampling and that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
