Abstract
La pandemia del COVID-19 trajo consigo múltiples efectos en los trabajadores en los distintos campos como del que se sustenta en la presente investigación del caso de los trabajadores administrativos; que tuvo como objetivo: Determinar los niveles de ansiedad estado-rasgo en trabajadores administrativos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, Iquitos 2020.
El tipo de investigación fue descriptivo cuantitativo y el Diseño NO experimental transaccional descriptivo simple.
La población estuvo conformada por los trabajadores administrativos del turno mañana y noche de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación y Humanidades, siendo un total de 32 trabajadores administrativos.
La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos fue: Encuesta; y el instrumento fue: Cuestionario de Ansiedad Estado Rasgo (STAI), del C.D. Spielberger, R.L. Gorsuch y R.E. Lushenedel. Los datos obtenidos se procesaron mediante el programa estadístico SPSS 26.0.
The COVID-19 pandemic brought with it multiple effects on workers in different fields such as the one supported in the present investigation of the case of administrative workers; which had as its objective: Determine the levels of state-trait anxiety in administrative workers of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos 2020. The type of research was quantitative descriptive and the non-experimental design was simple descriptive transactional. The study population consisted of administrative workers of the morning and evening shifts of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities, with a total of 32 administrative workers. The technique used for data collection was: Survey; and the instrument was: State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire (STAI), by C.D. Spielberger, R.L. Gorsuch and R.E. Lushenedel. The data obtained were processed using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program.
