El estrés en docentes del nivel secundario de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Belén de la ciudad de Iquitos - 2022

Abstract
El estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo y diseño descriptivo simple. La
población estuvo conformada por 30 docentes del nivel secundario de la
Institución Educativa N° 60014 Santo Cristo de Bagazán, del Distrito de Belén,
se utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia siendo la muestra 30
trabajadores, se utilizó la técnica psicométrica y el instrumento la escala ED-6
utilizado para evaluar el estrés docente.
Para el análisis de la información se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS v23,
obteniéndoselos siguientes resultados: el nivel de estrés por ansiedad de los
docentes, el 97,4% tuvieron un nivel moderado a alto en estrés por ansiedad y
el 2,6% tuvieron un nivel bajo. El nivel de estrés por depresión, el 94,8% tuvieron
un nivel moderado a alto en estrés por depresión y el 5,1% tuvieron un nivel bajo.
El nivel de estrés por creencias desadaptativas, el 97,4% tuvieron un nivel
moderado a alto en estrés por creencias desadaptativas y el 2,6% tuvieron un
nivel bajo. El nivel de estrés por presiones. Los docentes en su mayoría tuvieron
un nivel moderado de estrés por presiones en 64,1% y el 35,9% mostraron un
nivel alto de estrés por presiones. El nivel de estrés por desmotivación, los
docentes en su mayoría tuvieron un nivel moderado a alto de estrés por
desmotivación en 97,5% y el 2,6% mostraron un nivel bajo de estrés por
desmotivación y el nivel de estrés por mal afrontamiento, los docentes tuvieron
un nivel moderado a alto de estrés por mal afrontamiento en 38,5% y en su
mayoría mostraron un nivel bajo de estrés por mal afrontamiento en 61,5%.
Concluye: La mayor parte de docentes mostraron un nivel de estrés moderado
en 71,8% y el 28,2% tuvieron un nivel alto de estrés.
The study had a quantitative approach, simple descriptive type, and design.
