Abstract
El coronavirus (COVID-19) a causado morbimortalidad en el mundo actual, por lo
tanto, la OMS ha implementado medidas preventivas a fin de disminuir el riesgo
de contagio en la población; por tal motivo la presente investigación tiene como
Objetivo: Determinar el efecto de la intervención educativa de enfermería en el
nivel de conocimiento preventivo en COVID- 19 en adolescentes de la I. E.
Santo Cristo de Bagazan – Belén, 2024.
Material y métodos: Estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicativo con
diseño pre-experimental, su muestra fue 172 adolescentes de 15 a 18 años, Se
empleó el muestreo no probabilístico aleatorio simple; la técnica utilizada fue la
encuesta, el instrumento fue el cuestionario, En la intervención educativa de
enfermería se aplicó primero el pre-test, seguido del programa educativo sobre
conocimientos preventivo en COVID-19, posterior a ello se aplicó el post-test.
Para el análisis de datos se utilizó el programa SPSS versión 26.
Resultados: El nivel de conocimiento preventivo en COVID-19 que presentaron
el 100% de los adolescentes antes de la intervención educativa de enfermería
fue, conocimiento medio con 41,3% y después de la aplicación de la
intervención educativa de enfermería se logró un nivel de conocimiento alto con
97,1%. En cuanto a las dimensiones en aspectos generales del COVID-19 e
higiene de manos antes de recibir la intervención educativa de Enfermería
presentaron conocimiento alto con 45,1% y 41,1%, en uso de mascarilla,
aislamiento social y vacunación presentaron conocimiento medio con 40,6%,
51,1% y 43,7%; después de la aplicación de la intervención educativa estos
resultaron mejoraron y todos las dimensiones obtuvieron conocimiento alto,
aspectos generales 97,4%, higiene de manos 96,9%, uso de mascarilla 95,5%,
aislamiento social 97,4%, vacunación 97,0%.
Conclusión: La intervención educativa de enfermería tiene efecto significativo
en el nivel de conocimiento preventivo en COVID-19 en adolescentes con una
diferencia de medias observadas de -0,849, t estadístico calculado de – 15,171
y está asociado a un valor de p=0.000 (p<0.05).
