Conocimiento y actitud sobre signos y síntomas de alarma del embarazo en gestantes atendidas en el centro de salud I-4 bellavista nanay, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y la actitud sobre signos y síntomas de alarma del embarazo en gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud I-4 Bellavista Nanay, 2025. Metodología: Investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional y prospectivo; con una muestra de 190 gestantes atendidas en el C.S I-4 Bellavista Nanay, 2025 y muestreo probabilístico, aleatorio simple. Resultados: Entre las características sociodemográficas de las gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud I-4 Bellavista Nanay se encontró mayor predominio en edades de 20 a 34 años (71,1%), la mayoría eran procedentes de zonas urbano marginal (57,4%), con estudios de nivel secundario (75,8%), de estado civil conviviente (70,5%) y amas de casa (68,4%). Las principales características obstétricas identificadas fueron en su mayoría multíparas (64,7%), seguido de edades gestacionales mayor o igual a las 27 semanas (60,0%) y tuvieron de 6 a más atenciones prenatales (61,1%). El 58,9% de las encuestadas presentaron un nivel de conocimiento medio sobre los signos y síntomas de alarma en el embarazo y el 53,7% presentaron en su mayoría una actitud indiferente frente a los signos y síntomas de alarma en el embarazo. Conclusión: El nivel de conocimiento no se asocia estadísticamente (p-valor=0,788) con la actitud sobre signos y síntomas de alarma del embarazo en gestantes.

Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes regarding warning signs and symptoms of pregnancy in pregnant women treated at the I-4 Bellavista Nanay Health Center, 2025. Methodology: This is a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, and prospective study with a sample of 190 pregnant women treated at the I-4 Bellavista Nanay Hospital in 2025, using simple random probability sampling. Results: Among the sociodemographic characteristics of pregnant women treated at the Bellavista Nanay I-4 Health Center, a greater predominance was found in the 20 to 34 age group (71.1%), most of them were from marginal urban areas (57.4%), with secondary education (75.8%), cohabiting (70.5%) and housewives (68.4%). The main obstetric characteristics identified were mostly multiparous (64.7%), followed by gestational ages greater than or equal to 27 weeks (60.0%) and had 6 or more prenatal care (61.1%). 58.9% of those surveyed had an average level of knowledge about the warning signs and symptoms of pregnancy, and 53.7% mostly presented an indifferent attitude towards the warning signs and symptoms of pregnancy. Conclusion: The level of knowledge is not statistically associated (p-value=0,788) with the attitude towards warning signs and symptoms of pregnancy in pregnant women.
