Análisis del estado actual de los bienes culturales inmuebles declarados monumentos en la ciudad de Iquitos año 2022

Abstract

En la investigación, el objetivo es determinar el estado actual de las zonas monumentales; el diseño de investigación fue descriptiva, la población estuvo conformada por 90 patrimonios culturales, y muestra 18 de ellos. Los patrimonios culturales actualmente no se encuentran en un buen estado de conservación, ya que están ocupadas por empresas privadas, entidades del gobierno, y algunos de ellos están en completo abandono. Cabe recalcar que la mayoría de ellos no están en condiciones de tener uso turístico. Los expertos del tema consideran que las autoridad locales y regionales deben trabajar de manera articulada, de tal forma darle relevancia y valor a todos los patrimonios por igual, ya que forman parte de la historia que nos representa en la época del caucho, siendo también nuestra riqueza cultural. Se considera que para mantener en buen estado de conservación estos inmuebles se tiene que restaurar, periódicamente para que puedan perdurar en el tiempo y con la finalidad de darles un uso turístico en la ciudad de Iquitos.In the investigation, the objective is to determine the current state of the monumental areas; the research design was descriptive, the population was made up of 90 cultural heritages, and it shows 18 of them. The cultural patrimonies are currently not in a good state of conservation, since they are occupied by private companies, government entities, and some of them are completely abandoned. It should be noted that most of them are not fit for tourist use. The experts on the subject consider that the local and regional authorities must work in an articulated manner, in such a way as to give relevance and value to all heritages equally, since they are part of the history that represents us in the rubber era, being also our cultural wealth. It is considered that in order to maintain these properties in a good state of conservation, they must be restored periodically so that they can last over time and with the purpose of giving them a tourist use in the city of Iquitos.
