Abstract

La investigación parte del problema: ¿Proporciona el estado el beneficio de la pensión presidencial a favor de los Ex Presidentes que fueron condenados? Y el objetivo fue: Esclarecer si el Estado otorga pensiones presidenciales a los Ex Presidentes que hayan sido condenados, la metodología de la investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo, se aplicó la encuesta con un diseño correlacional no experimental, siendo eminentemente científica – Descriptivo – Explicativo, teniendo como principal resultado que los Ex presidentes de la República tienen el derecho a recibir una pensión vitalicia equivalente a los ingresos de Congresista en actividad, y que, independientemente si estos han sido indultados por haber cometido delitos dolosos, aun así, le corresponde el derecho a la pensión presidencial.The investigation starts from the problem: Does the state provide the benefit of the presidential pension in favor of former Presidents who were convicted?
