Abstract
La investigación incluyo el problema siguiente : ¿ De qué manera la actual
redacción del artículo 45 del Nuevo Código Procesal Constitucional, al no
establecer criterios específicos para el inici o del cómputo del plazo cuando se
hace uso de prácticas dilatorias que impiden la firmeza de las resoluciones
judiciales recurribles mediante el proceso de amparo, vulnera el derecho a la
tutela jurisdiccional efectiva en la Corte Superior de Justicia de M aynas, Loreto,
durante el año 2023 Y el objetivo fue: Determinar de qué manera la actual
redacción del artículo 45 del Nuevo Código Procesal Constitucional, al no
establecer criterios específicos para el inicio del cómputo del plazo cuando se
hace uso d e prácticas dilatorias que impiden la firmeza de las resoluciones
judiciales recurribles mediante el proceso de amparo, vulnera el derecho a la
tutela jurisdiccional efectiva en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Maynas, Loreto,
durante el año 2023 . La encue sta se llegó a utilizar como técnica y el
cuestionario se utilizó como el instrumento. Un total de 30 abogad os colegiados
y 3 0 ciudadanos conformaron la muestra, seleccionados mediante el método de
conveniencia. Se empleó un diseño descriptivo simple. A ef ectos del análisis
estadístico se empleó estadística descriptiva a fin de indagar las variables de
mo do independiente y estadístic o inferencial no paramétrica, específicamente
la prueba de chi cuadrado (x2), para demostrar las hipótesis. Como resultado
