Influencia de la planificación turística en el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas en el distrito de Punchana año 2021

Abstract

Hoy en día actividad turística debe ser planificación turística para obtener buenos resultados y lograr la sostenibilidad teniendo en cuenta el beneficio a la empresa y población local, la presente investigación está basada en analizar como influye la planificación turística en el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva porque se analizar una problemática relacionada al turismo y los beneficios a la población local, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y la muestra estuvo conformada por la población del distrito de Punchana para conocer la opinión que tienen de la planificación turística y los beneficios empresa, población anfitriona. Se concluye que, la planificación turística y el desarrollo de las actividades del distrito los encuestados manifiestan que tienen conocimiento sobre promoción de lugares turísticos a visitar en el distrito y la importancia de promover y conservarlos para la afluencia de turistas, es necesario que las empresas del sector turismo ofrezcan nuevos servicios turísticos, para que sea atractivo, el trabajo articulado entre empresa y población para beneficio local esto permite la activación de nuevas economías y generar nuevos puestos de trabajo de manera directa e indirecta. Para mejor la calidad de los servicios turísticos es necesario evaluación permanente de las empresas turísticas si existen deficiencias mejorarlo, para satisfacción de los visitantes, en este caso la planificación turística tiene un rol importante.

Today tourist activity must be tourist planning to obtain good results and achieve sustainability, taking into account the benefit to the company and the local population, this research is based on analyzing how tourism planning influences the development of tourist activities. The type of research was descriptive because it analyzed a problem related to tourism and the benefits to the local population, the technique used was the survey and the sample was made up of the population of the Punchana district to know their opinion of tourism planning and company profits, host population. It is concluded that, tourism planning and the development of the activities of the district, the respondents state that they have knowledge about the promotion of tourist places to visit in the district and the importance of promoting and conserving them for the influx of tourists, it is necessary that the companies of the tourism sector offer new tourism services, to make it attractive, the work coordinated between the company and the population for local benefit, this allows the activation of new economies and generate new jobs directly and indirectly. To improve the quality of tourist services, permanent evaluation of tourist companies is necessary, if there are deficiencies to improve it, for the satisfaction of visitors, in this case tourist planning has an important role.
