Abstract

“La presente investigación partió del problema ¿El artículo 2012 del Código Civil, denota rigidez al indicar que toda persona tiene conocimiento del contenido de las inscripciones sin admitir prueba en contrario? el objetivo fue: Explicar si el artículo 2012 del Código Civil, denota rigidez al indicar que toda persona tiene conocimiento del contenido de las inscripciones sin admitir prueba en contrario, la técnica que se empleó fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. La población estuvo conformada por abogados de la Provincia de Maynas del Departamento de Loreto, especializados en Derecho Civil y Registral, el diseño que se empleó fue no experimental de tipo correlacional, el método de investigación fue Científico -Descriptivo – Explicativo, los resultados indicaron que: El artículo 2012 del Código es un Principio Registral que denota rigidez ya que la presunción es sin admitirse prueba en contrario.”“This research started from the problem: Does article 2012 of the Civil Code denote rigidity by indicating that every person has knowledge of the content of the inscriptions without admitting evidence to the contrary?
