Abstract
Estudio de tipo cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo correlacional, no experimental, transversal y retrospectivo. La muestra conformada por 189 gestantes.
Resultado.
En el estudio prevaleció gestantes con hipertensión gestacional (34,4%). Características demográficas con predominó de gestantes de 20 a 34 años (52,4%), nivel secundario (69,3%), amas de casa (90,5%), de origen urbano marginal (54,5%) y convivientes (81,5%). Características concepcionales: gestantes con dos a cinco embarazos (61,9%), periodo intergenésico corto (46,4%), con mas a seis atenciones prenatales (70,4%), de 37 a 40 semanas de edad gestacional (79,9%) y el tipo de parto cesárea (52,4%). Características del recién nacido: peso al nacer adecuado (2500 a 3999 gr) (84,1%), de sexo masculino (51,3%), Apgar al nacimiento mayor a 7 (95,2%) y de talla menor e igual a 50 cm (57,7%).
Conclusión.
Se confirma que no existe relación significativa entre las gestantes hipertensas y el bajo peso de los recién nacidos atendidos en el Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García periodo 2023.
To determine the relationship between hypertensive pregnant women and birth weight treated at the César Garayar García Iquitos Hospital in the period 2023. Methodology. A quantitative study, with a descriptive correlational design, non-experimental, cross-sectional and retrospective. The sample consisted of 189 pregnant women. Result. In the study, pregnant women with gestational hypertension prevailed (34.4%). Demographic characteristics with a predominance of pregnant women aged 20 to 34 years (52.4%), secondary level (69.3%), housewives (90.5%), of marginal urban origin (54.5%) and cohabitants (81.5%). Conceptual characteristics: pregnant women with two to five pregnancies (61.9%), short intergenital period (46.4%), with more than six prenatal cares (70.4%), 37 to 40 weeks of gestational age (79.9%) and the type of delivery cesarean section (52.4%). Characteristics of the newborn: adequate birth weight (2500 to 3999 gr) (84.1%), male sex (51.3%), Apgar at birth greater than 7 (95.2%) and height less than or equal to 50 cm (57.7%). Conclusion. It is confirmed that there is no significant relationship between hypertensive pregnant women and the weight of newborns treated at the Iquitos César Garayar García Hospital period 2023.
