Abstract
La presente investigación partió del problema ¿Es posible que en el proceso principal de alimentos se interponga demanda de reducción, variación y exoneración de alimentos? Y el objetivo fue: Explicar si es posible que en el proceso principal de alimentos se interponga demanda de reducción, variación y exoneración de alimentos. La técnica que se empleó fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. La población estuvo conformada por 70 abogados de la Provincia de Maynas del Departamento de Loreto, especializados en Derecho civil y procesal civil. El diseño que se empleó fue no experimental de tipo correlacional. El método de investigación fue Científico - Descriptivo – Explicativo. Los resultados indicaron que: Si es posible que en el proceso principal de alimentos que tenga sentencia ejecutoriada o consentida, se pueda interponer demanda de reducción, variación y exoneración de alimentos, toda vez que no existiría ningún conflicto legal, toda vez que se trataría de las mismas partes.
