Abstract
Objetivo.
Identificar los factores epidemiológicos y clínicos en mujeres con cáncer de cérvix atendidas en dos hospitales de Loreto, periodo 2023 - 2024
Metodología.
Investigación de tipo cuantitativo, correlacional, corte transversal y retrospectivo. La población y muestra de 161 mujeres.
Resultado.
Se identificó que las mujeres con cáncer de cérvix en dos hospitales de Loreto se encontraban en estadio II de la enfermedad con el 46%. Factores sociodemográficos: el 46,4% (26) tenían entre 36 a 50 años, estado civil convivientes 57,2% (32), nivel de estudios secundarios 55,4% (31), de procedencia urbana 73,3% (41) y de ocupación amas de casa 69,6% (39). Factores clínicos: 83,9% (47) de las mujeres iniciaron relaciones sexuales antes de los 17 años, el 67,8% (38) tuvieron de dos a más parejas sexuales, el 55,1% (37) no usaron anticonceptivos, el 55,3% (31) tuvo de 3 a 5 hijos, el 82,1% (46) tuvieron parto vaginal y el 80,4% (45) tuvieron antecedente de ITS.
Conclusión.
El factor sociodemográfico nivel de estudios y los factores clínicos como edad de inicio de relaciones sexuales, paridad, tipo de parto (vaginal) y antecedente de ITS se relaciona estadísticamente con el cáncer de cérvix en dos hospitales de Loreto (p<0,05)

Objective. To identify epidemiological and clinical factors in women with cervical cancer treated in two hospitals in Loreto, period 2023 - 2024. Methodology. Quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional and retrospective research. Population and sample of 161 women. Result. It was identified that women with cervical cancer in two hospitals in Loreto were in stage II of the disease with 46%. Sociodemographic factors: 42.8% (69) were between 36 and 50 years old, marital status cohabiting 61.5% (99), secondary education level 52.9% (85), urban origin 73.3% (118) and occupation housewife 74.0% (119). Clinical factors: 78.8% (127) of the women initiated sexual relations before 17 years of age, 69.6% (112) had two or more sexual partners, 78.3% (126) did not use contraceptives, 50.9% (82) had 3 to 5 children, 83.8% (135) had vaginal delivery and 81.9% (132) had a history of STIs. Conclusion. The sociodemographic factor "level of education" and clinical factors such as age at onset of sexual intercourse, parity, type of delivery (vaginal), and history of STIs are statistically related to cervical cancer in two hospitals in Loreto (p<0.05).
