Abstract
educativo.
The present study evaluates the impact of implementing an Academic Management System (AMS) on the operational efficiency and service quality of the Language Center at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in 2024. Using a descriptive and nonexperimental research design, data was collected from 30 students and 5 administrative staff members through surveys and interviews. The results show a significant reduction in administrative errors, from an average of 3.20 to 1.40, and an improvement in administrative process response times, increasing from 1.43 to 2.83. Regarding service quality, a moderate perception of satisfaction was observed, with acceptable but not exceptional scores on the System Usability Scale (SUS). Additionally, the perception of the administrative staff regarding the ease of use of the AMS was neutral, suggesting the need for training and usability improvements. It is concluded that the AMS positively contributed to optimizing administrative management and improving service perception, but adjustments are required to maximize its effectiveness and adapt it to the specific needs of the educational context.
