Seguridad turística y su influencia para el desarrollo de la actividad turística en las comunidades indígenas boras, yaguas en el río momón año 2021

Abstract

Los objetivos son: Determinar la Influencia de la Seguridad Turística en el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas, identificando las condiciones, factores y protocolos de bioseguridad que se llevan a cabo en las comunidades indígenas Boras y Yaguas. El diseño fue descriptivo: la técnica fue la encuesta y la muestra comprendió 382 turistas entre nacionales y extranjeros, seleccionados mediante el muestreo probabilístico. Los resultados señalan que existe alto nivel influencia de la seguridad turística; dentro de las condiciones, factores y protocolos de bioseguridad que influyen; se observa que la mayoría considera al transporte y vías de acceso como regulares porque presentan problemas con los puentes y veredas, sus instalaciones no son las adecuadas, no cuentan con registro de visitante, servicios higiénicos deficientes, no cumplen con los protocolos de bioseguridad establecidos por el MINCETUR, no existen profesionales que se dediquen a dar información sobre este tema y por otro lado, la DIRCETURA no realiza capacitaciones al personal encargado.

The design was descriptive; the technique was the survey and the sample comprised 382 tourists between nationals and foreigners, selected through probability sampling. The results indicate that there is a high level of influence of tourist security; Within the conditions, factors and biosafety protocols that influence; it is observed that the majority consider transport and access roads as regular because they present problems with bridges and sidewalks, their facilities are not adequate, they do not have a visitor registration, deficient hygienic services, do not comply with the biosafety protocols established by MINCETUR, there are no professionals dedicated to providing information on this subject and, on the other hand, the DIRCETURA does not carry out training for the personnel in charge.
