Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa el impacto de la legislación de regularización de las edificaciones mediante la Ley No. 27157 y su modificatoria Ley 30830 en la ciudad de Tarapoto con el objetivo de evidenciar las mejoras en la formalización de la propiedad predial. Asimismo, en el mencionado trabajo de gestionar un desarrollo conceptual y normativo de la formalización de la propiedad predial trazando las limitaciones jurídicas y reglamentaria del derecho de propiedad en el Distrito de Tarapoto, Región San Martin. Finalmente, nuestras recomendaciones ofrecen sugerencias necesarias para una mejor gestión del derecho de propiedad en el Perú, teniendo en cuenta el alto índice de informalidad se propone soluciones legales para tal fin.
The present research work evaluates the impact of the legislation for the regularization of buildings through Law No. 27157 and its amending Law 30830 in the city of Tarapoto with the objective of evidencing the improvements in the formalization of property ownership. Likewise, in the aforementioned work of managing a conceptual and regulatory development of the formalization of property ownership, outlining the legal and regulatory limitations of property rights in the District of Tarapoto, San Martin Region. Finally, our recommendations offer necessary suggestions for better management of property rights in Peru, taking into account the high rate of informality, legal solutions are proposed for this purpose.
