La Relación del delito de aborto en el Perú con la Teoría de la Justicia de Rawls

Abstract

La investigación que hemos realizado partió del problema: ¿Cuál es la relación del delito de aborto en el Perú con la teoría de la justicia de Jhon Rawls? Y el objetivo fue determinar cómo se relaciona el delito de aborto en el Perú con la teoría de la Justicia de Jhon Rawls. La técnica que se empleó fue el análisis bibliográfico, para el estudio de las variables de forma independiente y para la comprobación de las hipótesis; y el instrumento fue el fichaje de materiales escritos. El diseño que se empleó fue no experimental, de tipo descriptivo-correlacional. Los resultados determinaron que la relación del delito de aborto en el Perú con la teoría de la justicia de Jhon Rawls es positiva.

The present investigation started from the problem: What is the relationship of the crime of abortion in Peru with the theory of justice of John Rawls? And the objective was to determine how the crime of abortion in Peru is related to the theory of Justice of John Rawls. The technique that was used was the bibliographic analysis, for the study of the variables independently and for the demonstration of the hypotheses; and the instrument was the filing of written materials. The design used was non-experimental, descriptive-correlational. The results determined that the relationship of the crime of abortion in Peru with John Rawls's theory of justice is positive.
