Abstract
En la investigación se planteó el problema siguiente: ¿Considera Usted, que es exigencia de todo magistrado motivar las resoluciones judiciales? Y el objetivo fue: Explicar si, es exigencia de todo magistrado motivar las resoluciones judiciales. La técnica empleada comprendió la encuesta empleando un cuestionario como instrumento de recopilación de datos. El tamaño de población para este estudio estuvo conformado por un total de 60 abogados colegiados en el Distrito Judicial de Loreto. Se empleó un diseño no experimental, junto con un tipo transaccional-correlacional a fin de analizar los datos. Se utilizó estadística descriptiva a efectos del análisis estadístico y las variables se examinaron de modo independiente. La prueba paramétrica de chi-cuadrado (x2) se empleó para demostrar las hipótesis. Los resultados del estudio son los siguientes: Es exigencia de todo magistrado motivar las resoluciones judiciales ello al amparo del art.139 numeral 5 de la Constitución Política de Perú.
