Incorporar en la legislación nacional el tratamiento terapéutico a favor de la víctima en los delitos contra la libertad sexual, como garantía del derecho a la justicia

Abstract

La presente investigación partió del problema ¿Se garantiza el derecho a la justicia si se reincorpora en la legislación nacional el tratamiento terapéutico a favor de la víctima en los delitos contra la libertad sexual? Siendo el objetivo de la investigación: tratamiento terapéutico para la víctima en los delitos contra la libertad sexual, garantiza su derecho a la justicia. La técnica empleada fue la entrevista y encuesta. La población estuvo conformada por 300 profesionales del derecho. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental. Para la investigación estadístico se usó la estadística descriptiva. Los resultados que arrojo la investigación fue que el incorporar en la legislación nacional el tratamiento terapéutico a favor de la víctima en los casos de delitos contra la libertad sexual garantiza su derecho de acceso a la justicia, toda vez que tiene tutela por parte del Estado.

The present investigation started from the problema: Is the right of justice guarqanteed if therapeutic treatment in favor of the victim in crimes against sexual freedom is reincorporated into national legislation? Being the objetive of the investigation: therapeutic treatment for the victim in crimes against sexual freedom, guarantees their right to justice. The technique used was the interviem and survey. The population was made up of 300 legal professionals. The research design was non-experimental. Descrptive staistics were used for statistical analysis. The results of the investigation were that incorporating into national legislation therapeutic treatment in favor of the victim in cases of crimes against sexual freedom guarantees their right of access to justice, since they are protected by the state.
