dc.description.abstractLa investigación tuvo como objetivo: Demostrar que el liderazgo distribuido se relacionan con el desempeño docente en la institución educativa 60054 “JOSÉ SILFO ALVAN DEL CASTILLO”, IQUITOS-2020 La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva y el diseño fue no experimental de tipo transeccional, correlacional. La población la conformó 28 docentes de la Institución Educativa 60054 “JOSE SILFO ALVAN DEL CASTILLO”, Iquitos-2020 y la muestra la conformó el 100% de la población es decir los 28 docentes. Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de datos fueron: La encuesta y el instrumentos fue: el cuestionarios. Los resultados indicaron que X2c 2.272 < X2t = 13.3, gl = 4, p < 0.99% con una magnitud de relación de 0.552% (magnitud de relación media) entre las variables, aceptando la hipótesis de investigación: El liderazgo distribuido se relacionan moderadamente con el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa “60054 “José Silfo Alvan del Castillo” Iquitos 2020es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was: To demonstrate that distributed leadership is related to teaching performance in the educational institution 60054 "JOSÉ SILFO ALVAN DEL CASTILLO", IQUITOS-2020 The research was descriptive and the design was non-experimental, transectional, correlational. The population was made up of 28 teachers from Educational Institution 60054 "JOSE SILFO ALVAN DEL CASTILLO", Iquitos-2020 and the sample was made up of 100% of the population, that is, 28 teachers. The techniques used in data collection were: The survey and the instruments were: the questionnaires.
