Influencia de la aplicación del proceso especial inmediato, en la optimización de la administración de justicia en el distrito judicial de Loreto – periodo ene-dic 2021

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación con el título “Influencia de la aplicación del proceso especial inmediato, en la optimización de la administración de justicia en el distrito judicial de Loreto – Periodo Ene-Dic 2021”, se ha propuesto como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la aplicación del proceso especial inmediato, en la optimización de la administración de justicia en el distrito judicial de Loreto – Periodo ENE-DIC 2021. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se ha aplicado un investigación de enfoque cuantitativa con diseño no experimental, de nivel descriptivo – correlacional, en la que se tuvo como muestra a 50 participantes que son operadores jurídicos en el distrito judicial de Loreto, a los cuales se les aplicó la encuesta.

In the present research work with the title "Influence of the application of the immediate special process, in the optimization of the administration of justice in the judicial district of Loreto - Period Jan-Dec 2021", it has been proposed as a general objective to determine the influence of the application of the immediate special process, in the optimization of the administration of justice in the judicial district of Loreto - Period ENE-DEC 2021. For the development of the investigation, a quantitative approach investigation with a non-experimental design, of level descriptive - correlational, in which 50 participants who are legal operators in the judicial district of Loreto were sampled, to whom the survey was applied.
