Propuesta de diseño del centro comercial Sachahorro y la incorporación de un terminal de minibuses en el distrito de Iquitos, provincia de Maynas, Loreto, 2024

Abstract

El proyecto denominado “PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO DEL CENTRO COMERCIAL SACHAHORRO Y LA INCORPORACIÓN DE UN TERMINAL DE MINIBUSES EN EL DISTRITO DE IQUITOS, PROVINCIA DE MAYNAS, LORETO, 2024”, nace bajo los conceptos de la recuperación del entorno y el paisajismo urbano, desde el referente de la conservación de la cultura popular, en perfecta armonía con la naturaleza, con prioridades esquemáticas de las actividades y perspectivas del usuario que hasta hoy, mantiene en vigencia la influencia de Brasil y Colombia consumiendo sus productos, en un centro comercial que mantiene viva esa costumbre e influencia de los países cercanos, con la incorporación de centros sociales que sincronizan con jardines botánicos con plantas propias de la región, así también la importancia de las necesidades del hombre amazónico de acudir a su tierra natal, permite incorporar un terminal terrestres de minibuses para el transporte Interprovincial entre Iquitos y Nauta. El proyecto, comprende tres niveles con zonas amplias que se distribuyen en zonas sociales, administrativas, comerciales, de servicios y otros que complementan su diseño, así como el importante Terminal Interprovincial de minibuses. La propuesta está estimada y concebida en el área de su ubicación actual, con espacios para facilitar el desplazamiento, así como el aprovechamiento de materiales propios de la ciudad para hacer frente al clima tropical. La idea rectora, implementa el concepto de culturalidad, costumbres y armonía.

The project called "DESIGN PROPOSAL FOR THE SACHAHORRO SHOPPING CENTER AND THE INCORPORATION OF A MINIBUS TERMINAL IN THE DISTRICT OF IQUITOS, PROVINCE OF MAYNAS, LORETO, 2024", was born under the concepts of environmental recovery and urban landscaping, from the reference of the conservation of popular culture, in perfect harmony with nature, with schematic priorities of the activities and perspectives of the user who, to this day, maintains the influence of Brazil and Colombia by consuming their products, in a shopping center that keeps alive that custom and influence of nearby countries, with the incorporation of social centers that synchronize with botanical gardens with plants native to the region, as well as the importance of the needs of the Amazonian man to return to his homeland, allows the incorporation of a land minibus terminal for interprovincial transportation between Iquitos and Nauta. The project comprises three levels with spacious areas divided into social, administrative, commercial, service, and other areas that complement its design and the critical Interprovincial Minibus Terminal. The proposal is estimated and conceived within the current location, with spaces to facilitate movement and use local materials to cope with the tropical climate. The guiding idea implements the concept of culture, customs, and harmony.
