Telework was originated in the United States and is called the work activity carried out by a person for a company from a remote place or distant from its headquarters (usually your own home), through the use of ICT (information and communication technologies), being regulated in Peru through the Law No. 30036 and its Regulations approved by DS 009 -2015-TR. In this research the descriptive methodology was used because the problem will be described regarding the principles of voluntariness and reversibility in teleworking; it is cross-sectional and not experimental. The population is finite and the sample consisted of 34 teachers from private schools in the city of Iquitos, with whom the survey technique was used through the ten-question questionnaire. As a general conclusion, it was determined that despite the health emergency due to the Covid 19 virus, and the imperative regulations that occurred in Peru as a result of that emergency and some obstacles such as connectivity and technological tools that would allow working in a more effective way, the principles of voluntariness and reversibility in Teleworking were applied and respected, thus maintaining the spirit of the rule, which is to protect the rights of teleworkers, which are guaranteed through fundamental principles outlined in the legislation on teleworking.in Peru.En_us
