Abstract
El presente proyecto denominado "Propuesta Arquitectónica del Centro Residencial Geriátrico para la mejora de calidad de vida del adulto Mayor Iquitos, 2024", es un proyecto que pretende mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad y confort de adultos mayores, creando nuevos retos en términos de Infraestructura y servicios adecuados para este período de vida. En ese sentido, su diseño juega un papel fundamental al influir directamente en el bienestar físico, psicológico y social de los usuarios, considerando criterios de accesibilidad inmediata, iluminación natural, confort térmico, interacción social, seguridad, estimulación sensorial y aplicación de normativa vigente. Su distribución arquitectónica recoge las prioridades de su programación y en tanto se compone en un solo piso y seis módulos, con las siguientes zonas: Administrativa, Medica, Social, Residencial, Complementarias y Servicios generales. El diseño, se fundamenta en una visión integral del envejecimiento activo saludable, enmarcada en una arquitectura sostenible y humanizada; de tal modo que se configura una armonía con su medio que lo rodea, agregando valores urbanísticos y paisajísticos.
The present project, entitled "Architectural Proposal for a Geriatric Residential Center to Improve the Quality of Life of the Elderly – Iquitos, 2024," aims to enhance the living and comfort conditions of the elderly by addressing new challenges in terms of infrastructure and services appropriate for this stage of life. n this context, its design plays a fundamental role by directly influencing the physical, psychological, and social well-being of its users. The proposal considers key criteria such as immediate accessibility, natural lighting, thermal comfort, social interaction, safety, sensory stimulation, and compliance with current regulations. The architectural layout reflects the priorities established during the programming phase and is organized on a single level comprising six modules, which include the following areas: Administrative, Medical, Social, Residential, Complementary, and General Services. The design is based on a comprehensive vision of active and healthy aging, framed within a sustainable and human-centered architectural approach. In doing so, it establishes harmony with its surrounding environment, adding urban and landscape value to the overall proposal.
