Saneamiento físico legal de predios urbanos en los distritos de Tarapoto, Morales y la banda de Shilcayo – San Martin – 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación lleva como tema principal el saneamiento físico legal de predios urbano y tiene como objetivo principal determinar el estado actual de los procesos de formalización de propiedad en el área urbana de los distritos de Tarapoto, Morales y la Banda de Shilcayo en el año 2021; de igual manera busca promover una mejora de procesos durante el proceso de saneamiento físico legal considerando los factores condicionantes del nivel de formalización alcanzados actualmente. La metodología utilizada es la descriptiva, siendo el diseño de la presente investigación del tipo transaccional descriptivo. Así mismo, las estrategias utilizadas para la recolección de datos principalmente la revisión bibliográfica y la observación directa. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos durante la investigación tenemos que el nivel de formalización de la propiedad inmueble en los distritos de Tarapoto, Morales y la Banda de Shilcayo es 92%, 82% y 69.39%, respectivamente, valores que dan por verificada la hipótesis planteada al inicio y nos muestran un estado situacional actual, sobre la formalización de predios, en estos distritos.

This research has as main theme the legal physical sanitation of urban piece of land and it has as main objective to determinate currently status of property formalization processes in the urban area of the districts of Tarapoto, Morales and La Banda de Shilcayo in 2021; at the same way it trying to promote better processes during the process of legal physical sanitation considering the conditioning factors of the level of formalization currently achieved. The methodology used in this investigation is descriptive and the design of the present research is a descriptive transactional type. Likewise, we are using strategies for data collection, mainly for bibliographic review and direct observation. Among the main results obtained during the investigation, the level of formalization of real estate in the districts of Tarapoto, Morales and the Banda de Shilcayo is 92%, 82% and 69.39%, respectively. All these values verified the hypothesis raised at the beginning and show us a currently situation about the formalization of properties in these districts.
